Brian Willett
Brian has over 30 years experience in accounting and is the founder of FinCare Accounting Pty Ltd. He holds a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Financial Planning and is a member of the Self-Managed Superfund Association. He focuses on micro to small business accounting, specialising in asset protection and business structuring to minimise tax for clients.

Michael Harmer
Michael started with FinCare in 2006 and has grown the business extensively servicing small business, superannuation funds and companies. Michael is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years experience in taxation and accounting and has extensive knowledge on current taxation related issues.
Michael has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance and a Graduate Advanced Diploma in Taxation.

Glenda Rogan
Prior to joining FinCare, Glenda held roles with Love and Wallace, KPMG and had established a private practice in Wollongong. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of NSW and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is a Certified Financial Planner with the FPA and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Glenda has a focus on small to medium sized businesses for accounting, taxation, financial and business advisory services. She specialises in the medical and professional service sectors.
Accountants

Caterina Mercuri
Caterina joined FinCare in 2011 after moving to Australia from Italy. She possesses a well-rounded set of professional skills specialising in providing accounting and taxation services from individuals to medium-sized business groups across various industries.
Caterina completed a bachelor’s degree in business and Economics at the University of La Sapienza in Rome and obtained a Diploma of Accounting with Distinction from Sydney TAFE. With her high work ethic and experience, she is committed to providing every client with the best service possible tailored to their unique financial objectives.

Matthew Shaw
Matthew has worked in the accounting industry since 2001. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, as well as a Masters of Commerce (Professional Accounting) degree from the University of New England. He has been a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants since 2015.
Matthew manages the firm’s large portfolio of self-managed superannuation fund clients, whilst still advising many medium to large businesses.
His strong knowledge of the IT sector ensures he is always on top of the latest technological trends, and can always be counted upon within the office for our IT needs.

Leone Saxby
Leone recently joined the FinCare team as a result of the merger of FinCare and Saxby Cunningham Accounting. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in taxation and accounting. She established Saxby Cunningham in 2002, an award winning firm built on excellence in service and advice. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Master of Commerce from the UNSW. Prior to working in accounting and taxation she had a successful career in corporate banking and i-finance, working in money market and derivatives at the CBA. Leone now specialises in business advisory services and focuses on helping our clients build better more profitable and more valuable businesses.

Alicia Adams
Alicia started working for FinCare 10 years ago and has managed our Wollongong office for the past 5 years. She now lives on the Sunshine Coast and looking forward to expanding FinCare interstate. Alicia has an advanced Diploma of Accounting and a Masters of Commerce (Professional Accounting) with the University of New England. She is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. Alicia’s skills are in demand with our small to medium business clients due to her understanding of accounting software including QuickBooks, MYOB and Xero. With a flair for Microsoft Excel/Word, she provides cutting edge reports customised to her clients needs. She enjoys working alongside business owners to help them achieve their financial goals.

Alan Hill
Alan is an FCPA with over 40 years experience in Public Practice.
For 20 years up to May 2018, he was a partner in the accounting firm of Hill Mayoh which merged into Fincare in May 2018. For 6 years up to 2013, he was a member of the CPA Australia NSW Public Practice Committee.
His primary focus is assisting small and medium sized businesses with business, accounting and taxation advice.

Bobi Petkovski
A strong accounting professional with more than 20 years experience, Bobi brings a strong skill set in Tax Preparation, Tax Accounting, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
Bobi is an FIPA and holds an Associate Diploma, Accounting; Bachelor of Business, Accounting from UTS and a Masters in Taxation, UWS.
He is experienced in managing the accounting for small to medium sized family businesses as well as franchises within the hospitality, construction, entertainment and real estate industries.
Bobi has a special interest in property development, ranging from owner builder to dual occupancy project management, including feasibility and soft cost analysis, development design and applications.

Gary Ormond
Gary joined the firm in 2020 and comes with over 20 years’ experience in financial and management accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed advanced taxation studies while working towards becoming a registered tax agent.
He has held positions in Deloitte and KPMG where he has had considerable involvement in benchmarking business performance and profitability. Through this he has developed a keen eye for identifying areas of opportunity and improvement, while implementing strategies to effect positive change.
With a focus on small to medium size businesses, Gary has developed a vast knowledge of the Automotive Industry including systems and processes to drive business performance across a wide array of operations.

Genelle Nash
Genelle Nash has been working in accounting since 2003. Her extensive knowledge in accounting procedures, as well as, an array of knowledge gained in the banking and finance industry and small business, spans a career of more than 40 years.
Genelle prides herself on providing exceptional face to face dealings with clients in order to complete individual tax returns, instalment and business activity statements as well as financial reporting for companies, trust and partnerships. Genelle deals with all aspects of corporate secretarial work involving ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission) which includes but is not limited to the creation of companies, trusts and self-managed super funds.

Goran Rudar
Goran holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and has over 15 years’ experience working in Public Practice. Goran has joined FinCare from Ralph G Clark and Associates where he worked for 9 years.
Goran handles accounting and tax compliance matters with a wide variety of clients including individuals and businesses. Services range from personal income tax returns to company, partnership, trust and self-managed super fund accounts and tax returns. Goran’s goal is to
efficiently and effectively achieve the best possible result for every client.

Guy Ezzedine
Guy Ezzedine started with FinCare in 2014 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial services spanning 22 years. Guy has a Masters of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance, a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree, a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a registered BAS Agent. Guy specialises in the preparation of company, trust, partnership and superannuation fund income tax returns. Having experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial planning, he prides himself on providing his clients with a high quality service.

Katrina Oswald
Katrina has been a part of the FinCare family for over 5 years now, looking after our small business clients – companies, partnerships, sole traders and trusts. With over 10 years accounting experience, Katrina prides herself on providing a highly professional and personal service, proactively working to get the best results for each and every client.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accounting, is a registered tax agent and an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Katrina has a strong passion for Xero and as a Certified Advisor and Payroll Specialist, she would be happy to assist you with any queries you may require.

Megan Holmes
Megan is a Chartered Accountant, and registered Tax Agent with over 25 years’ experience in the tax and accounting profession. Megan has joined us from Ralph G Clark and Associates where she has worked for 15 years. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
Megan specializes in working with our small business clients, individuals, companies, trusts and self- managed superannuation funds. She prides herself on developing strong relationships with her clients and understanding their individual financial requirements to meet their needs.

Ralph Clark
Ralph is a CPA (Taxation) with over 40 year’s experience in his own business. He has recently joined us as a result of the merger of his practice Ralph G Clark & Associates. Ralph is known for giving his clients practical accounting and tax advice and specializes in assisting clients grow their business
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accounting, is a registered tax agent and an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Richard Saunders
Richard has 42 years experience in accounting and taxation working both in the public and private sectors. His career with the ATO includes working as a Senior Technical Advisor in the audit area and successfully running the prosecution program, liaising directly with the Director of Public Prosecutions. Richard ran his own accounting practice for over 20 years after leaving the Australian Taxation Office. Having merged his accounting practice with FinCare Accounting in February 2011, Richard is now a Senior Consultant with FinCare providing valued expertise. He has received the Public Service Australia Day award from the Commissioner of Taxation, is a member of the Tax Payers Association of Australia and A-Tax University of UNSW.

Loren Marsh
Loren is our Senior Mortgage Broker with over 15 years experience in banking & lending. She has a passion for getting her clients the best deal she can and our client testimonials speak volumes about her dedication and professionalism.
Loren holds a Diploma of Financial Services - Finance/Mortgage Broking Management and Certificate IV in Financial Services - Finance/Mortgage Broking.
She prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service matched with the optimal financial outcome for each client.
